(Dublin) Simon Harris was confirmed as Prime Minister on Tuesday by the Irish Parliament, becoming, at 37, the youngest head of government in the history of this country.
He succeeds Leo Varadkar, who resigned last month to everyone’s surprise. “I am committed to doing everything in my power to honor the trust you have placed in me today,” said Simon Harris after his election at the head of this centrist coalition government.
