This game took place as part of the development camp of the Habs, which was the last day.
Remember that the first day of Sunday was devoted to testing and off-ice training. The development camp continued until Wednesday with sessions on the ice, in two groups, and an intra-squad game during which Slafkovsky, 18, has already taken the opportunity to make fans dream.
In the draft, Thursday, July 7, the Canadian had preferred to select Slafkovsky, a left winger, rather than center Shane Wright, who was finally called up to fourth place by the Seattle Kraken.
