Positions to be filled by the end of June throughout France. Integration companies will offer 10,000 jobs to Ukrainian refugees, the Federation of these companies announced on Friday 18 March.
“The integration companies offer to put their know-how at the service of welcoming Ukrainian men and women and undertake to support 10,000 people by the end of June”wrote the Federation, which brings together 600 companies in the sector, in a press release.
She emphasizes that the sector supports “for more than thirty years” refugees or exiles “like anyone in a vulnerable situation”with an employment contract “coupled with socio-professional support to deal with issues of childcare, housing, health, or that of language proficiency”.
The jobs offered will be in various sectors and throughout the territory, specifies the Federation, while agreeing that after having fled a country at war, the refugees “will not necessarily have as a priority to carry out an activity”.
The day before, the Ministry of Labor had announced for its part the launch for companies of a portal devoted to the reception of displaced Ukrainians on the site “Les entreprises s’engage”. This portal brings together information for material donations, financial donations or housing proposals. A module has also been developed for the reception of displaced persons within companies, specifies the ministry. Companies will thus be able to specify their hiring intentions and the type of position concerned.
