Which professions will recruit the most ?
The professions that will recruit the most are mainly concentrated in catering, distribution, logistics, health, industry or even in the tertiary sector. Adecco-Analytics has identified 20 jobs with the most expected hires. This includes, in particular, catering services (193,223 planned recruitments), warehousing and order preparation (190,757), kitchen staff (163,682), premises cleaning (138,785) and versatile catering staff (129,686).
Which professions are experiencing the greatest shortages?
Among these most recruiting professions, 17 are in tension. These shortages of candidates concern the catering and logistics professions. Adecco-Analytics estimates that nearly three-quarters of restaurant server hires will suffer from a labor shortage, or between 125,000 and 150,000 people. The other professions with the greatest resource deficits are: kitchen staff (from 75 to 100,000 people), technical-commercial relations (50 to 75,000 people), multi-skilled catering staff (50 to 75,000 people), driving production equipment (25 to 50,000 people), computer studies and development (25 to 50,000 people), accounting (25 to 50,000 people), warehousing and order preparation (25 to 50,000 people), online sales food (10 to 25,000 people) and driving long-distance freight transport (10 to 25,000 people).

Ile-de-France will be the first region to benefit from this large volume of job opportunities. There are 971,075 recruitments planned in Ile-de-France, i.e. 21.5% of total forecasts. 13.2% of recruitment planned over the next twelve months will be based in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (595,915), 9.3% in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (419,581), 8.9% in New -Aquitaine (402,925), 8.3% in Occitanie (373,069), 8% in Hauts-de-France (361,403), 7.1% in Grand Est (320,082), 6.2% in Pays de la Loire (278,538), 4.8% in Brittany (217,851), 4.8% in Normandy (216,566), 4.2% in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (190,301), 3.2 % in Centre-Val de Loire (145,432) and 0.5% in Corsica (22,404).
