After the candidates who had the joy of hearing Jul while being hitchhiked by locals, Ahmed and Tarik do not necessarily have such happy memories in mind when they think back to their adventure. At least that’s what they said during their interview with our colleagues from Purebreak when they had to share “their biggest fear of filming”.
On this occasion, Ahmed and Tarik shared a “Sacred memory there, sacred memory“. Thus, the two men began by recounting without wanting to spoil the adventure too much, saying: “We slept with a local, in the end it was security who came to get us. It’s a hell of a spoiler“.
But that’s not all. Without saying more about the progress of their journey, the two acolytes gave some details about this famous night when they felt in danger. “Honestly, it was still scary.” confessed Ahmed and Tarik. However, everything seemed to have gone well. They continue: “we arrived it was all joyful because they were in party mode, they were tipsy. (…) But alcohol as soon as it drops and it comes back down is no longer the same. So in the evening, as soon as it went down it was explosive“.
Unfortunately, this festive evening at the locals turned sour. Thus, the pair clarified that “it yelled” while then specifying: “We slept well, we were in Hawaii in our dreams, we were tired, arrived around midnight / 1 a.m., people shouted everywhere, they hit the tables“.
From there, they had to make a drastic decision since they had to ask for help. Ahmed and Tarik then concluded by saying: “From there we said to ourselves we will call the social security they will come and get us, we leave it’s better … when you’re 40,000 kilometers from home it’s freaking out“.
