(Toronto) Indigo Books & Music announced that its founder, Heather Reisman, has returned to the book retailer as CEO.
She fills the void left by the abrupt resignation of Peter Ruis earlier this month.
Mme Reisman served as CEO until last year, when Mr. Ruis took over, and stepped down from Indigo’s board last month.
As part of his return to the company, Mr.me Reisman was also reappointed to the board.
The retailer also announced that Craig Loudon, Indigo’s chief financial officer, has been named chief operating officer.
In his new role, he will continue to serve as CFO and lead the finance team.
