Inappropriate remarks towards francophones | Rouge et Noir coach loses job

The Rouge et Noir has severed ties with one of its American coaches who allegedly made “insensitive” comments towards French-speaking players on the team.



Charles Eger, who led the running backs since the start of the season, was not on the sidelines in the recent game on Saturday night against the Toronto Argonauts. “We asked him to go home and not be a member of the club for the last two weeks of the regular schedule,” head instructor Paul LaPolice confirmed to the Law.
