In the space of 30 years, Ramzy Bédia has made a place for himself in the minds and hearts of many French people. From his duet with Eric Judor to French cinema, the 51-year-old man knew how to roll his bump and gain notoriety.
In an interview given in the latest issue of the magazine Societythe big brother of Melha Bédia says that the success he experienced made him change. “It’s a shame, but it feels good to say it”he said before telling an anecdote heavy with meaning. “One day, I find myself in traffic jams in Boulogne (Hauts-de-Seine). I’m driving my car and I see myself in the window of a shop. And there, in the reflection, what do I see? A guy with a gold Audemars Piguet watch on his wrist, driving a Porsche convertible, and that’s me”remembered the actor. “I was on my way to a restaurant in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, with Berlutis on my feet. I said to myself: ‘No! But no… I became this son of a bitch?’ I remember this image and since (he shows his scooter helmet, and his bare wrist, editor’s note) I’m better!”
The former H-Series star concluded by saying: “I was ashamed of myself, I had gone too far in this character. Never in my life will I go back there”.
With Éric, Ramzy was part of the jury of the TikTok Short Film, a competition of short films presented in Cannes during the festival. They also hosted, Cannes La Disco, a TikTok show, with the presence of many celebrities (Marion Cotillard, Louane, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Pierre Niney …), which was a hit.

In this interview, the comedian also discussed his participation in the showAmazonPrimeLol, who laughs comes out and the consequent check he received. “Me, personally, when my tiler friends or bus drivers found out that there was this salary for a day’s work, they said to me, ‘If you don’t do it, we’ll cut your throat open.
