The inhabitants of the city ofUzestin Gironde, have rolled up the sleeves to reopen a bakery that has been closed for two years. They have found a baker, and take turns volunteering to run the shop in a good mood.
Uzest (Gironde) is a town of 460 inhabitants where a cooperative bakery has recently been established. Every day, the oven delivers its campaign balls thanks to a battalion of small hands.
