Among the problems this agreement poses for it, “the questioning of Ukraine’s neutrality status, in particular by posing its integration into NATO”. However, according to him, this status is one of the keys to resolving the conflict. “We must put the ceasefire around the table, of course, but also the neutrality status of Ukraine.
