In the midst of a heat wave, the inhabitants of Allogny in the Cher no longer have access to water

In these times of high heat, it is a cut that falls at the worst time. In the Cher, the inhabitants of Allogny no longer have access to water since this Saturday, August 6. Around noon, the taps stopped running. The reason ? Two leaks on the power supply and distribution were identified at the level of the Water Tower.

One of the leaks is “being repaired”, indicates the town hall on its Facebook page. The Water Tower will then be resupplied and the search for the second leak can begin. For the moment, the town hall does not give any time limit for recovery. In the meantime, mineral water packs are available to residents at the town hall.
