In April 2019, Paul El Kharrat participated in the show “Les 12 Coups de Midi” for the first time and the young man ultimately stayed 153 days in the program presented by Jean-Luc Reichmann. At that time, the young man had broken all records by leaving in particular with 691,522 euros in winnings and gifts but also with all the respect of the French, he who was so relevant, that he often embellished his answers with extremely precise details thanks to to his immense general culture.

Eliminated in 2020, Paul El Kharrat did not fall back into anonymity. Fascinatingly, the young champion then joined the troupe of “Grosses Têtes on RTL” as a columnist alongside Laurent Ruquier but also released several books including an autobiographical one in which he recounts his adolescence marked by a diagnosis that occurred when he was 16 years: Paul has Asperger’s syndrome.

In January 2024, Paul El Kharrat recounted the consequences of his autism on his daily life. “My head never stops thinking. It’s very violent. I nevertheless try to tolerate it since I experience it with much more acuteness” he explained first before confiding in his desire to murder: “These are desires for physical and psychological violence. Desires for murder towards the people who are directly or indirectly responsible for my torments, for my misfortunes. “I have never felt understood.” This is why he feels the need to express himself in the media so that “people can discover me.” he revealed.

This Thursday, April 11, 2024, Paul El Kharrat accepted the invitation from journalist Jordan De Luxe and once again speaks live on C8. The opportunity for him to once again evoke his surprising desires: “At certain times I wanted to kill people. Anyone who came my way and who potentially caused me harm…” did he declare.
