On the menu: chicken ballotine with vegetables
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 half zucchini
- 2 shallots
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 1 stretch film
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, then rinse them under running water.
In a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Cook for ten minutes then drain.
Next, mash the potatoes using a potato masher, without forgetting the butter and the nutmeg.
After cooking the stuffing with the sliced mushrooms, we place it in the heart of the meat. The ballottine will cook in water for fifteen minutes.
Serve the ballottine with mashed potatoes. At table !!!
