In the kitchen with Jules PETRAS, founder of “Dab’o” and his crystal balls that water the plants

This invention was born out of confinement. Many plants died of thirst because they were not watered. Jules had a brilliant idea: to create water reservoirs, beautiful to see, which can diffuse water at the rhythm of the plant. Water “diffusing” balls that are also works of art.

On the gourmet side, Jules told us about the “patatouille” a creation of his dad with potatoes, eggs, tuna and mayonnaise. He also likes ravioli and Ispahan, a delicious rose, raspberry and lychee macaroon.
