On the menu this afternoon: basquaise chicken galette
Ingredients for the pancake:
- 4 peppers
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onions
- 3 tomatoes
First step of the recipe, cut the chicken fillets, taking care to remove the cartilage and nerves.
For the piperade of seasonal vegetables, deseed green and red peppers and slice beautiful tomatoes.
