As a major player in social housing, Mésolia, a private social landlord, is looking for its future green space maintenance worker as part of a replacement. This position, based at the Bergerac agency, is offered with a mobility clause in the New Aquitaine and Occitanie regions. This is a full time (37H with RTT). Permanent position to be filled as soon as possible
Job details: attached to the Bergerac maintenance department, made up of around ten people, your main mission will be to ensure the maintenance of the green spaces of Mésolia in the Dordogne sector. As such, the duties of the position will include the following:
➢ Carry out mowing, pruning, small pruning, weeding, planting
➢ Create fences, remove bulky items, install mailboxes
➢ Restore the gardens of the apartments following the departure of the tenant
➢ Establish the schedule for the green space season
➢ Perform daily reporting
➢ Ensure daily maintenance of tools, materials, vehicles used and premises. You will also have to carry out the small maintenance of interior of housing (in period except green spaces).
A diploma or CAP level green spaces is desired as well as an experience of at least 5 years. You will need to have phytosanitary approval to use weedkiller. Training and / or masonry would be a plus. You will also need to have experience in ride-on with hydraulic basket and in poly-dump truck.
