Rising prices push employees to demand wage increases. They are also increasingly requesting holiday vouchers, meal vouchers or other benefits.

Faced with pressure from employees, companies are looking for a solution to maintain their purchasing power. The company is investing 7 million euros for wage increases and new aid. Others are preparing for new financial gestures. According to forecasts, inflation could stay above 4% in 2022.
