Four people were arrested and placed in police custody this Saturday, October 15 after the terrible discovery, the evening before, rue d’Hautpoul in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, of the body of a 12-year-old girl. Born in 2010, the teenager was bound hand and foot, her face covered in tape and her body curled up in a trunk. According to the first elements, she would present wounds of throat cutting.
The investigation, opened on the count of murder of a minor under the age of 15, is being carried out by the criminal brigade. The four people in police custody were arrested early this Saturday morning in Bois-Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine. We do not know for the moment what their direct or indirect links are with this macabre discovery. But among these individuals, there is in particular a marginal who called the emergency services after discovering the suitcase.
It was the father of the teenager, a building caretaker, who had reported her disappearance on Friday, because she had not returned from college after her lessons which ended around 3 p.m. The mother also went to the police station on 19e borough.

A woman in her twenties actively sought
The college student, with shoulder-length blond hair, wore ragged white jeans, a white hoodie, a sleeveless puffer jacket and white sneakers, as indicated by the report to the police. The investigators had access to video surveillance images where we see the young girl entering the lobby of her building this Friday afternoon… without ever reaching the family apartment located on rue Manin. During their first investigations on the spot, and in particular the discovery of tape and a cutter in the third basement of the residence, the police immediately favored the trail of a kidnapping. But at this stage, there is no element to say what happened between this moment and 11 p.m., when the lifeless body of the teenager was found, in the nearby rue d’Hautpoul. According to certain testimonies, as well as thanks to remote surveillance, the investigators of the crime squad spotted a woman in her twenties who was dragging a trunk with difficulty in front of the building in the evening, unable to get back to her vehicle. . This same trunk was later found near there, containing the body of the young victim. This woman, on the run, is currently being actively sought.
