A paw from the truffle dog is the sign that a nugget of black gold from Poitou is hiding a few centimeters from the surface. “It’s black with ribbing and white veining”describes a hiker.

The ground conceals some very beautiful specimens, with for example a truffle of nearly 80 grams, with a very pronounced perfume. To crown the outing, a gourmet meal awaits hikers in the village hall. On the menu: sucrine soup with truffles, brouillade also with truffles, and a dessert: brioche and its custard, both also flavored with truffles.
