Juggling sounds, drawing their sources from electro, pop or even rock, Antes and Madzes, a rising duo from the Toulouse rap scene, know how to put simple words about complex ailments what do these “average” young people, whom they know so well for being part of it, encounter, between more or less realistic, more or less achievable problems and ambitions.
Their sources of inspiration? Them above all with their experiences and their daily lives, but also the world around them, the interactions with others, the problems they raise and what bothers them even if they always try to talk about it in a light form.
Perfectly blending their different voices and influences, they filled up with stories to embark on the long, too quiet river of a humanity with its ups and downs, its darkness and its humor, its discretion and its desire to shine against all odds.
“In real life” is also sounds that go in all directionsenergetic and involving with a predominance for the guitar which remains present in terms of influence throughout the project.
