The market tour is 44 local stations of the France Bleu network mobilizing to highlight 44 markets in the territory. This Friday, March 11, France Bleu Pays de Savoie was live from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Annemasse market.
Hubert Chanove’s challenge was to create a menu for 8 people with starter, main course and dessert with 30 euros. Hubert Chanove had to carry out his races on the market, it is all the local know-how, the short circuits and the richness of the Pays de Savoie which were put in the spotlight. He also had to include two dairy products in his meal.
