As part of the MAD Festival, LaSalle College celebrated its 65th anniversary and held a major fashion show on Place des Festivals on Friday.

The fashion show for the 65th anniversary of LaSalle College presented the creations of 65 graduates worn on the catwalk by 65 public figures, including the mayor of Montreal, Valérie Plante.

Martine St-Clair, Kim Thúy (photo), Gisèle Lullaby, Antoine Pilon, Éléonore Lagacé were part of this great fashion show which had the feel of a party!

Singer Joe Bocan was also in the show. Among the graduates, we could admire the creations of Maison Marie Saint Pierre, Helmer, Valérie Dumaine, MRKNTN, Lakuachimoto, Lamarque, Oscar Mendoza, Harricana and many others.

Drag queen Sami Landri made an appearance. The alter ego of Acadian artist Samuel Landry, who enjoys popularity on social media, asks in a video that has garnered more than 3 million views on TikTok: “Do you have any cigarettes?”
