IN PICTURES – La Creuse woke up to snow

Météo France had announced it. It snows on the Creuse this Friday, April 1st. And snowfall is expected again in the coming hours. The department remains alert orange snow and ice. There were no particular problems at daybreak on the road, even if the roads were slippery in places. 3 to 4 cm of snow fell in La Souterraine and Guéret, 7 cm in Peyrat-la-Nonière and up to 8 cm in Saint-Sulpice-le-Guéretois. A large number of France Bleu Creuse listeners sent us their photos at daybreak. We provide an overview here.

Orange warning snow and ice

La Creuse remains vigilant orange snow ice like 18 other French departments until Saturday April 2, 4 p.m. Caution is still required on the road. But in the meantime we never tire of these white landscapes.
