As part of its development, the generalist agency in Pau is recruiting a commercial attaché (M/F) to strengthen Proman’s presence in national accounts and develop clients in Béarn.
You will work with an agency manager who knows the local economic context perfectly and who will support you in your development strategy. Innovative digital management tools for monitoring your temporary workers, and powerful development tools to increase your local market share, will be made available to you.
Your job :
- Analysis and prospecting of your sector
- Development of the agency’s market share
- Finding new customers
- Follow-up and loyalty of your customer portfolio
- Monitoring relationships with your partner network
- Promoting Proman to your interlocutors
- Recruitment and management of your temporary workers using Proman tools
The profile :
- Good business momentum
- Knowledge of the local economic fabric
- Ability to implement a strategy independently
- Innovative and creative approach for tailor-made solutions for customers
- A first experience in the field of service professions
- An appetite for the human resources sector
- You hold a B license and advocate versatility
- Knowledge of interim or recruitment will be a plus
