As such, the Cabinet Arobase Recrutement, present in new Aquitaine and Occitanie, recruits for the Adapei of the Pyrénées Atlantiques, a Director, for the Bellevue Complex, in Baigts-de-Béarn (64).

The Complexe Bellevue brings together various activities and medico-social services to support people with disabilities. It is made up of an ESAT, specializing in agricultural and agro-food activities (approved for 89 FTEs), a hostel (34 places) and an apartment service (20 places).

You act within the framework of the values and the Associative Project, under the control of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager.
Your main tasks:
- Manage, with the head of department and the technical assistant, the establishments (ESAT and Foyer)
- Implement the associative project and the establishment project
- Federate, manage and coordinate the action of multidisciplinary teams
- Be the guarantor of the construction and implementation of the individual projects of each resident
- Be responsible for the development of the economic activities of the ESAT
- Be the guarantor of the deployment of inclusive dynamics and
- Work on the articulation of common rights mechanisms with your establishments
- Ensure the proper management of human, financial/budgetary and administrative resources
Profile sought and skills required:
- Holder of at least a BAC+5 level diploma
- Mastery of administrative, budgetary and human resources management
- Knowledge of the fields of mental and/or psychic disability and polyhandicap
- Aware of the medico-social purpose of the establishment and the values of Adapei
- Sense of ethics and well-treatment of the people welcomed
- Management experience with multi-accreditation in continuous operation would be a plus
- Knowledge of food industry would be a plus
