Present in New Aquitaine and Occitanie Arobase Recrutement is recruiting for the TERRA Agency, a Topographer & Network Detection Technician (F/H), in Pau (64). The company now has 16 employees, spread over three sites and working in several sectors of activity.
The members of the multidisciplinary team complement each other to work simultaneously on general topography, network detection, layout, demarcation, land development, co-ownership, subdivisions and VRD projects.
For field operations, it has TRIMBLE brand equipment, including 4 S6 robotic total stations, 3 R4-R6-R10 GPS, and two TRIMBLE S7 scanners.
In terms of detection, it is equipped with RD 8100 and GEORADAR US RADAR QUANTUM. Calculations and drawings are made on Autocad plus Covadis software. The TERRA agency is located in PAU, OLORON-SAINTE-MARIE and NAY (64). Interventions will be carried out in these geographical sectors, inducing the corresponding trips.
Main missions :
- Manage topographic surveys and implantations
- Manage the verification of current files
Development Permit:
- Locations for the works companies selected, verification of the works carried out
- Topographical surveys in the context of public contracts such as framework agreement with local authorities
- Surveys of buildings (scanner)
- Various locations for building or other companies
- Network detection and geo referencing
- Interventions for public works companies, public order givers
Profile and qualities:
- Bac or BTS level or equivalent experience
- Versatile, Autonomous Sense of organization
- Spirit of exchange, analysis, synthesis and rigor
- Competence in network detection is desired but not essential
Terms :
- Full-time permanent contract after trial period
- Based at the PAU office with possible travel mentioned above
- Significant professional experience (minimum 2/3 years)
- Position to be filled from May 2022 Remuneration according to profile, experience
