The tragedy took place around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, in a building in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. A man threw his two children out of the window of his fifth-floor apartment before killing himself by jumping, according to sources close to the investigation. Witnesses reported that the children fell onto the lawn. Aged 2 and 5, they were taken to hospital as emergency treatment. Their prognosis is critical.
