Bullfighting, queen of the feria, leaves the arenas in Nîmes to make way for a summer of open-air concerts. From May 31 to July 20, French-speaking and international artists will take the stage during the 27th edition of the Nîmes festival.

Since May 20, 2024, the team has been racing against time to transform the arenas into a concert stage. They had 9 days to put everything in place, a record time for the teams and their service provider. The 11,500 places are already almost all sold. But fortunately, this new installation will make it possible to welcome more festival-goers.

Faster work for a festival that will last longer than previous years. On the program, 21 evenings and 35 artists make up this new edition. The headliners parade: Eric Clapton opens the ball with a guitar concert on May 31; Dua Lipa, the new queen of pop, gives two concerts on June 12 and 13; Shaka Ponk stops in Nîmes during their farewell tour on June 14; I Am and MC Solaar return for an evening of 90s rap nostalgia on June 15; Sofiane Pamart, the French pianist, plays on July 4. But also Avril Lavigne, Macklemore, Ninho, Grand Corps Malade, Bigflo and Oli, and many others will come and ignite the arenas.

A summer under the stars, punctuated by unforgettable performances, that’s what this 27th edition of the Nîmes festival promises. Fans of rock, pop, rap or classical music, there will be something for everyone.

From May 31 to July 20, French-speaking and international artists will take the stage during the 27th edition of the Nîmes festival.
