In Meslay-du-Maine, Francine and Michel’s garage transformed into a Stade Lavallois museum

Their love of Stade Lavallois even overflows on the walls of their house. And more precisely on those of the garage. When they open the door for you, the color orange dominates. Not a centimeter of cinder block remains visible as there are posters of the flagship club of Mayenne. “We started here by the door with the 1980-1981 team” smiles Francine. The faces of Éric Stéfanini, Thierry Goudet, Michel Sorin or even Uwe Krause are displayed proudly, right next to the gas meter in the garage.

And then there you have the famous European epic team“Michael continues.”Football is our passion and the posters bring back good memories. We like to watch them“. The couple scour the stadiums in France and are regulars at Le Basser. So it’s not surprising to see a few posters autographed by players.”Fabrice Do Marcolino, Jordan Adéoti and Maxime Hautbois signed this poster for us” shows us Michel.

The walls of the garage are also lined with posters of the CS Sedan teams, because Madame is from the Ardennes. From FC Nantes too “because it’s in the area” breathes Michel. The latter is also a great supporter of Olympique Lyonnais. “The 2006 team poster, I hung it next to the washing line“laughs the Mayenne. The couple also have several jerseys from former players as well as caps and cups.
