Audrey came back
“I devoured this Club illico series in one fell swoop. It’s a different proposition that explores the return of a girl after years of coma. I liked the theme and the performances of the actors. We know Florence Longpré in very wordy roles (Ada in Can you hear me ? and Gaby Gravel in Like me!), so it’s nice to see her play Audrey. She wrote really intelligent texts with Guillaume Lambert. The dialogues are very funny and punchy. I love this kind of humor that denotes a part of truth. The parents played by Denis Bouchard and Josée Deschênes are touching, imperfect and endearing. »

The Sex Lives of College Girls
“This is a new series from writer, producer and actress Mindy Kaling, who I’m a big fan of. I had followed with great interest and enthusiasm The Mindy Project and I really liked Never Have I Ever. This time she offers The Sex Lives of College Girls and it’s disgusting! Even if the premise seems already seen, it treats it with humor, strong female characters and a great diversity brought with nuances. His characters are rich and very fleshed out. The series is full of comedic and true situations. You can really feel his signature. His way of writing is an inspiration to me. »

I would like to be erased
“This series is my big favorite of the year! It completely knocked me down. I also wrote to the director Eric Piccoli to tell him how much I had been flabergasted by all this truth. Its realization is not polished. The characters sometimes speak over each other. We feel a little improvisation in the game and a lot of realism. The child actors are so good and well directed! The series shows people who are rarely seen on television. It’s not sexy, but very refreshing to see them on screen. Their story is told with great empathy. »
