The two entities are mobilizing for the organization of this first event, combining sport and recruitment, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Solidarity, surpassing oneself, team spirit are all skills appreciated by recruiters.
Method :
Sportswear will replace the suit, and the stadium, the office. This action with the women’s Elite 1 rugby team will also raise awareness of the diversity of jobs and the false representations of certain so-called “masculine” professions. After the sporting events, a JOB DATING will follow between recruiters and candidates.
Program :
more than ten teams made up of job seekers, advisers and recruiters will carry out rugby sports activities throughout the morning.
The principle :
Job seekers and recruiters will be mixed anonymously. It is not a competition. Sporting events dedicated to rugby give pride of place to human qualities.
The morning will continue with a friendly meal, always anonymously. At the end of the meal, the anonymity will be lifted and the job dating will begin.
Schedule of the day:
- Sports morning (9h-12h)
- Convivial meal (12 p.m.-1.30 p.m.)
- Job dating (1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
- Press briefing at 10:30 a.m., Georges Martin Avenue de Pau sports complex in LONS
- Exchanges with job seekers, companies and Pôle emploi advisers
