The first customers arrive. That day, the restaurant expects about fifty covers, an ordinary day for the two servers. “I am very proud of who I am. I can show what I can do, and maybe I have a little project in the future “, says Sami. This project is an apartment. Down’s syndrome requires some working hours, but the company can count on its employees, who are very motivated and happy to work.
