The television antenna was targeted this week. At the end of March, power station No. 5, which provided 50% of the electricity, was struck. Five missiles ripped apart an energy company. Since the machines date from the Soviet era, Ukrainian technicians no longer have spare parts, and are doing their best to provide heating next winter.
Kharkiv organizes its defense
