The France Bleu market tour ended this Monday, March 21 at the Wasselonne market. The France Bleu Alsace teams have settled in the heart of the market with the France Bleu mobile kitchen where our chef Joël Philipps has prepared his dishes after buying his products from the producers present. He then had two hours to take up this challenge, with the help of Margot, our faithful listener.
Reminder of the challenge: make starter, main course and dessert, for 6 to 8 people, for a maximum amount of 30 euros.
The menu chosen by our chef:
- as a starter: creamy celery and Comté risotto, marinated egg yolk
- main course: chicken quenelle, leek, mushroom and herb vinaigrette
- for dessert: texture of apples and almond croissant milk
