Thierry de Peretti’s new film traces the political history of Corsica between the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 21st century through the journey of Antoniona, a young press photographer. “This film is the story of someone who has a total experience of photography, politics and spirituality,” explains the filmmaker. Constantly striving to remain faithful to Corsican reality, both historical and current, the filmmaker paints a complete portrait of the events of the time, mixed with the story of the female character.

Actress Clara-Maria Laredo testifies to this attachment and to her own personal and political relationship with the region: “It weighs on what I am, on my way of doing things in general, therefore necessarily on my way of playing […]. During the casting, we were asked a lot about our perception of politics, our relationship to the land, our relationship to Corsica in general.”

On television, the news is notably the release of the series Zorro on the platform Paramount+. Célyne Bayt-Darcourt shares with us the highlights of her interview with headliner Jean Dujardin, between absurd humor and love of disguise.

Dedicated to surrealism, it will be held at the Centre Pompidou from Wednesday, September 4. An opportunity for Didier Ottinger to share what he believes characterizes surrealism, which seems to be defined essentially by its lack of limits. “What made surrealism so successful and what allowed its almost international diffusion, This is the definition of creation accessible to all. […]believes the curator of Beaubourg. Aesthetically, you can do whatever you want, you can be abstract, you can be figurative, you can be hyperrealistic and still be surrealistic.”

Surrealism is likely to please everyone, it takes place at the Centre Pompidou until January 13, 2025.

A program with the participation of journalists from the culture department of franceinfo Matteu Maestracci and Anne Chepeau.
