It will then be necessary to undergo interviews and a candidate will be selected, hired by the club from January to May, throughout the end of the season, under the orders of Andy Woodman, who was part of the management of prestigious clubs such as Arsenal, West Ham or Newcastle.

The manager is really counting on this future assistant. And the applicants are already declaring themselves on video. “I love football, it’s my whole life, said one of them. I would love to take this opportunity to turn one of my biggest hobbies into something I do in real life.”
It is also a commercial agreement between Bromley and a console brand, with a publicity stunt along the way. The integration and season of this somewhat special recruit will be the subject of a documentary next year.
