The Billère organic market is above all an association. It is in this spirit of “living together” that all market players have aimed to promote organic for 40 years now. This anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate, and also to ensure that everyone becomes aware of the crucial place of ecology in our daily lives. From this Friday at 6.30 p.m., Jacques Le Cacheux, professor of economics, opens the ball with the conference “Economy-ecology. I love you, me neither”.
A festive and rhythmic Saturday at the organic market
Concerts will take place throughout the morning: Julie Lambert and her Pumpkins will be there, and the Fanfare de l’Ours will host the end of the evening. Children will be able to discover jazz and the circus in the afternoon, and listen to stories from the company Hors Sujet before attending the traditional ball. All activities are free, and for those who miss the opening of Pierre Coudouy’s photo exhibition at 5.30 p.m., don’t panic, it remains in place throughout the month of October!
