The mayor of Paris is all smiles, despite recent polls which credit her with 3 to 4% of the votes in the first round. But Anne Hidalgo ensures that nothing is played in this presidential election. “Honor to you because an incredible coalition has come together to declare this election a foregone conclusion., she says in front of the activists. They all set out to dismiss us, eliminate us, declare us illegitimate and whistle the end of the match even before kick-off.”
