In Angous, the Erbin brothers welcome you to the Serbelle farm with their sheep cheeses.

Beñat and Michel took over from their parents to follow and pursue the family passion: agriculture. They raise sheep and produce farmhouse cheese in AOP Ossay Iraty.
They follow the advice of their parents Pierre and Maïté, now retired. They raise ewes, make and refine cheeses and ensure the sale in short circuit, directly from the producer to the consumer.

With the return of sunny days, the Erbin brothers are sharing their products and their passion at farmers’ markets. They go up to the mountain pastures with their herd and also welcome campers and visitors to the farm.

The production is entirely farm-based and varied: veal raised under the mother, suckling lamb and cheeses from the mountain pastures as well as Kintoa suckling pigs.
