Hamas claims that the Israeli army opened fire on a crowd waiting for a humanitarian convoy in Gaza on the evening of Thursday March 14. The IDF denies the accusations and assures that Palestinians opened fire.
On the evening of Thursday March 14, images attest to the fact that several dozen injured people were taken to Shifa hospital (Gaza Strip). “People are injured in several places on their bodies and we have gunshot wounds”, explains a doctor from the establishment. The Hamas health doctor immediately accuses the Israeli army of having shot residents who were waiting for a humanitarian convoy. More than twenty people died, according to Hamas. The accident is said to have happened on what is known as the Kuwait roundabout.
Humanitarian aid is coveted
No images of the crowd, the attack and the humanitarian convoy in question are available. According to the Israeli army, it was Palestinians, whom it did not identify, who opened fire when the convoy arrived.
