However, this Sunday, June 11, 2023, between two shootings where we see a very pregnant Amandine, the latter returns to her great anxiety: that of going to prison! Indeed, some old setbacks could earn him get caught up in the law… On September 13, the mother of the family openly opened up to Jordan De Luxe and returned precisely to the facts with which she is accused. “One fine day, while I was pregnant with my sixth child, I had to be hospitalized. I find myself on pathological leave so I can’t continue to work because I have problems related to my pregnancy. Alexandre (her husband, editor’s note), who has been employed on a permanent contract in an industrial bakery for more than 10 years, finds himself fired almost overnight (…) We find ourselves a little taken by the throat with no income at all for several weeks” she explains first of all to situate the context before arriving at the facts for which she is accused. “So I was, I’m not going to say coerced because no one coerced me but… I didn’t find no other solution at the moment than to steal food in a store for my children.” She then confesses to having done it several times until “get caught”. “Of course, when you do something stupid, that’s what happens. I found myself in custody”, explaining that the market value of what she stole should only “not exceed 200euros”, also insisting that it was only basic foodstuffs such as “powdered milk”. At the time, penniless, she had decided to defend herself alone, without a lawyer but having been prevented from going to court because of… childbirth. Verdict: “I took six months firm. The fact that I didn’t show up at the hearing, I think that didn’t work in my favor”she says then, announcing that she had appealed and that her new trial would take place very soon.
A deadline that causes great stress in her daily life as a woman once again pregnant. In this new video from Jeremstar, we see her very disturbed when she thinks back to all that she has already had to endure: “I was arrested, I was taken into custody, in a cell. Frankly, I’m very scared, because I don’t deserve prison. The lawyer told me openly: “in the best case, you will have an electronic bracelet”. If it is, I will give birth with an electronic bracelet on my ankle., she explains. And when Jeremstar asks him: “what are you going to do with the children if you go to prison?”the 37-year-old blonde responds soberly “we will manage”.
