Île-de-France in force for the 32nd of the Final

It’s rare enough to underline it, but the 2021-22 season sees Ile-de-France football attacking the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France in force. Our region still has six representatives in the competition. Behind PSG, which won the last edition, we find Paris FC (L2), Red Star (N), Créteil (N), Versailles (N2) and Linas-Montlhéry (N3).

Three Ligue 1 in the region this weekend

It is the Paris FC which will open the ball for the clubs of the region. Fourth in the Ligue 2 championship, the PFC welcomes this Friday (9 p.m.) at Stade Charléty, Olympique Lyonnais, current 13th in Ligue 1. Thierry Laurey’s men are perhaps those who have the most weapons to create a beautiful feat in this Coupe de France. For his part, Habib Beye’s Red Star, who is currently 12th in the National, receives AS Monaco (8th / L1) on Sunday at 1:45 p.m.

Finally, Île-de-France has a little thumb who is not afraid of anything. Linas-Montlhéry (N3) is found for the second time in the 32nd finals of the national cup. Three years ago, the Essonniens had faced PSG (0-6) and this time ESA faces Sunday at 4 p.m. in a Paul Desgouillons Stadium, which is already full, the SCO of Angers (L1).

Créteil, Versailles and PSG a chance in the draw

We are not telling you that the last three clubs we are going to talk about will qualify. But on paper, Créteil (N), Versailles (N2) and PSG (L1) have a real chance of qualifying.

FC Versailles, the club in the form of national 2, plays Saturday at 13:45 in the Bas-Rhin against Sarre Union, a lower division club (N3).

Just after at 4 p.m. at the Stade Duvauchelle, Créteil, which plays nationally, receives a small team from Regional 1. A reception instead of a trip because the Vénissieux club, due to a lack of approved land, was in fact unable to receive the Cristoliens .

Finally the ogre of the Coupe de France, PSG moves to Valenciennes to face the small National 3 team of Feignies-Aulnoy. The match is scheduled for 9:10 p.m. this Sunday.
