She posted a very moving video on Instagram, where we see her every day between her home-truck and her workplace-metro… Thays writes in the caption: “Day 396, the day after the blind auditions: I get into my truck with a heavy heart. The door won’t open for me tonight again. Unfortunately, no one turned around. My fight does not stop there, on the contrary, it strengthens me and gives me even more rage. In a few days, I’m going to pick up my truck which was being repaired; he’s going to check out my new haircut, and I know he and I will come away even stronger. I will not give up.” Disappointed, the young woman puts up a good heart against bad luck… and affirms not without philosophy: “I’ve been so used to being told no since I was little… I won’t let go”.

“I am ready for any sacrifice”

This Saturday March 4, 2023, for the second prime-time of the season, Zazie, Amel Bent, Vianney and the duo of brothers Big Flo & Oli were therefore not sensitive to the resumption of Papaoutai of Stromae proposed by Thays. Chosen among the last 100 candidates chosen throughout France to pass the blind auditions in front of the coaches, the young woman will have sacrificed a lot, her city of Nantes, her family and her relatives to get closer to Paris and her favorite show. . The dream of becoming a professional singer, even a star, pegged to the body, the one who previously officiated as a personal aid, cleverly decided to fit out a small van into a real living space… of 4m2 only.

But as she said in front of the camera of Grands Reportages, “It doesn’t scare me, I’m ready for all the sacrifices”. Even today, despite not having been chosen, the young artist clings to her dreams like never before. Let’s wish her good luck because courage, she surely does not lack it!
