Russian strikes against a maternity hospital in the Zaporizhia region. Volodymyr Zelensky asks the mayors of France for help. Ukrainian drone attack in Crimea. In Crimea, the Moscow-installed governor of the Sevastopol administrative region, Mikhail Razvojayev reported “an attack with drones”. “Our air defense forces are in action at this very moment”he said in a first message on Telegram, calling on residents to “keep calm”.
