Jenifer is back… or almost ! In a few weeks, the singer, historic coach of The Voicewill make his comeback in the program alongside Vianney, Zazie, Mika and Bigflo and Oli, but in a completely new role: that of super-coach. This role is present in the show for the third consecutive season, and the singer takes over from Nolwenn Leroy in 2022 and Mika in 2023. But what exactly will her role be? Asked by 7 Days TVthe singer, who left the program for several seasons already, spoke about the latter, and reveals the reasons who pushed her to agree to take on this role againdespite six seasons that she never won.
“If I take this job again, this is because the role entrusted to me is to vote with the public in the room. I can’t reveal anything because it hasn’t aired yet but it went really well! I loved meeting the whole team!” confided the one we found a few weeks ago in the TV movie Super-papa alongside Michaël Youn and Virginie Hocq on TF1. In reality, like last year with Mika, Jenifer will be alongside the spectators during the Super Cross Battle. She will vote alongside them and have a vote that will count for 10% of the votes. In this decisive round, the last stage before the live event, Nikos will appoint a coach who will choose one of his talents, as well as a coach to face. The latter will have to send one of his talents to challenge the opposing talent. The two talents will compete separately on stage, to a song prepared in advance. The 201 spectators will vote, as well as Jeniferwhich could have a decisive role in the event of close votes in the public.

Jenifer put her cards on the table, and revealed the reasons which led her to leave the show in 2015 : “I had done a lot of seasons, and I was afraid of finding a mechanical side and that was not the case. The Talents are crazy. We must highlight the work of Bruno Berbères, in the casting, who will find singers and crazy singers, coming from all walks of life” rejoiced the one who could, one day perhaps, get back on track. Historical coach of the program, she was chosen to appear in season 1 alongside Florent Pagny, Garou and Louis Bertignac. She remained a coach during the first four seasons, then gave up her chair, which she had found only twice, in 2019, then in 2021 for the All-Stars season won by Anne-Sila. In six seasons, Jenifer has never brought any of her talents to victory. Florent Pagny won the show five times (six with the All-Stars season), Zazie three times, Mika twice, and Garou, M. Pokora and Pascal Obispo once.
