Ideas of recovery to arrange and decorate the garden

In the garden, compost has now become commonplace, it’s just a matter of recycling living materials to give life to plants.

So with materials that have finished their first life: we recycle! Emmanuel Grosbois at the Jardin A Fleur d’Eau in Cherveux has a nice way of thinking about recycling in the service of the poetry of the garden, that’s even why we find him on Fridays on France Bleu Poitou at 10:35 am.

He found an old barn floor in azobé on the cheap to take steps on his 5 hectares on a slope.

Azobé is a very heavy, very hard wood, its nickname is “iron wood”. Impossible to plant a point in there: you have to drill. But it is rot-proof.

The old arbor, whose bayadère canvas (with large stripes) left long ago, can become a support for the vines.

And the grandparents’ zinc watering can which is now all riddled with holes?

You can put plants inside by making them come out through the place where you put the water or open a little bit on one side and make the flowers “pup” there.

Emmanuel Grosbois has other ideas for the zinc watering can: listen again.
