Geoffrey, from “Octavius” creator of burgers in Nancy, gave us his beef cheek burger recipe.

Nicolas, our chef, told us about his “bear burger” which could be a Lorraine burger as it contains culinary nuggets from our region, starting with wild garlic that we pick up in the spring mainly in the Vosges.
