We were with Pierre Chauvet.
Pierre Chauvet is at the head of “Glaces Pierre Chauvet” but also of “Glaces de l’Ardèche”.

He came to bring us freshness and delicacy!

What’s new this year?

In particular, we were able to taste new sorbets, a sorbet made with “Tucao” chocolate and the “Caboss” range…with a real innovation in their composition, Pierre Chauvet uses the mucillage of the Cocoa pod. (commercial release in early July)

Pierre also presented us with two of his latest chocolate creations:

  • “Tucao”: A 100% Cocoa pod chocolate, whose sugar is taken from the mucillage which envelops the cocoa beans in the pod.
  • “Tocache”: A Chocolate, sweetened with Birch Juice.
