The presidents of the Senate and the National Assembly are calling for a march against anti-Semitism in Paris on Sunday, November 12, between the Palais Bourbon and the Palais du Luxembourg.

For the deputy La France insoumise of Bouches-du-Rhône, coordinator of LFI, the National Rally “is a party which has its roots and which was founded by people whose anti-Semitic ideas were clear and proven”. Manuel Bompard does not give a definitive answer for the moment because “we are in a collective at La France insoumise, so we are going to think about it collectively”he argued.
“Obviously, when it comes to fighting against racism, against anti-Semitism, against all forms of stigmatization, against anyone based on their skin color, their religion, I am always on the side of those who fight against this unacceptable discrimination”detailed Manuel Bompard who “wants to be vigilant and careful”, if it is necessary to march with “a certain number of people who have created a party around these ideas” anti-Semitic.
“Raquel Garrido had already been the subject of a warning”
Manuel Bompard, LFI deputy for Bouches-du-Rhône, coordinator of La France insoumise, justifies the sanction taken against Raquel Garrido, LFI deputy for Seine-Saint-Denis. This sanction “has nothing to do with the sanction that was taken against Adrien Quatennens. He had been excluded from our group for four months and Raquel Garrido will not be able to speak on behalf of the group, that is- i.e. during questions to the government”insists Manuel Bompard.
