“I know how it can be on television…” loose Laurent Bignolas, invited by Jordan De Luxe on his set At Jordan’swhich will be broadcast on C8 from June 5, 2023. Since leaving France Télévisions and the show Telematinthat’s all “first time” that the facilitator speaks publicly about “all the stories, everything that happened” at the time of his express dismissal. Remember, mid-March 2021, the news fell in the columns of the Parisian : the journalist, at the head of Télématin for four years, could no longer return to the antenna for a fifth season. In short, thanked but above all… was he informed? Contacted at the time by our colleagues, the latter clearly said he was surprised: “Ah good, Télématin is it over for me? You teach me!“. However, other sources mentioned by the daily indicated that it had indeed been warned: “All that’s missing is the official stamp from the management of France Télévisions, which must receive it and definitively seal its fate in the coming days.”, it was mentioned. Moreover, the host, who was 59 years old at the time of the events, already seemed made up for in the idea: “If I have to stop, it will be a little brutal, but I can understand it very well (…) maybe I sawed off the branch I was sitting on? I often questioned myself. Already, when I was asked to succeed William Leymergie, I told them: ‘Are you sure I’m the right person?’ No place belongs to us. There will always be someone to replace us. I felt like I was doing a service. I will leave with a smile.”

However, today, facing Jordan De Luxe, and two years after his dismissal, Laurent Bignolas does not really seem to take things “with smile”. He admits bluntly: “I took buckets of shit in the mouth”, going back to many testimonials “anonymous” which overwhelmed him at the time and which accompanied his departure. Under cover of anonymity, in fact, some of his collaborators have indeed dragged him through the mud, accusing him in particular of wanting to be the only star of the program.
“We were able to criticize William Leymergie, but next to Laurent Bignolas, he is an altar boy“had even released one of them in the columns of the Parisian. A relentlessness that the latter obviously experienced very badly. “I was terribly bruisedhe confided in the daily. “All these lies, it was very cruel. Unbearable, even. There have been many defamatory remarks about me. It pushes people to the extreme (…) That some have experienced this period badly, that they have experienced pain or despair, I understand. But accuse me of being responsible for it, no! If you knew how I cashed. Fortunately, we have a good time with those who stayed. They are very happy to be there and have been able to adapt to the desires of the viewers. Since then, taken over by the duo Thomas Sotto and Julia Vignali, the Télématin program still sees its audiences lagging behind…
